This process was common to all. The process is the structure that creates mindfulness. Drawing this level of mindfulness from this structure is the art of the teacher. The awareness that leads to extraordinariness comes from being taught how to listen.

 

Example: Music

 

The goal is to be an extraordinary musician. An extraordinary musician is able to get out of the way of the music. There are 3 Basic Criteria: Rhythm, Intonation (pitch) and Quality of Sound. The goal is to be a pain free extraordinary golfer. A pain free extraordinary golfer is trained how to get out of the way of the golf swing. The criteria are: balance, rhythm/order of motion, flow and transfer of energy.
